This is a new venture for me. As part of the empty shops Mary Portas initiative in Tiverton we have been running our own Artisan areas as a co-operative. I originally joined as a temporary member but very soon became a permanent one in our pop-up shop. It has been a lot of fun working with a new group of people, meeting and greeting shoppers and selling my pictures, bags and calenders at Christmas time. It is a lovely shop with lots of original gifts and yummy cakes! Drop by if you’re in Tiverton!

I love Devon, where I live, but it was on the Isles of Scilly, I found the smallest gap between Heaven and Earth: These lovely unspoilt islands have defined me as an Artist, painting colourful and thoughtful landscapes, transforming changing skies and shifting tides on to canvas. It is here I try to unravel my relationship with nature and capture the essence of a special place.
